FAQ
1) Can the GPS toggle be single click instead of a shortcut to system settings?
No. Direct GPS toggle is not possible due to security restrictions on android.

2) Where is the 4G toggle button or the 2G toggle button?
There is an unified mobile data toggle button, which should work for all networks (2G/3G/4G). On some mobiles Wimax toggle would also work.
Simply add this toggle and change the icon on the global settings screen. The icon is only for the display purpose and serve no functionality changes.

3) The flashlight is not working on my device.
Flashlight is only supported on a limited number of devices. I am not able to support many devices as I don’t have access to those.

4) Can the notification widget icon be removed.
No. Current android API does not support a notification without an icon. You can instead use a transparent icon or a battery icon.

5) The notification widget is pushed to the bottom when a new notification arrives.
Android currently does not support adding a notification which is always on the top. You can enable an accessibility service which pushes the widget on the top whenever a new notification arrives.
On the main application screen, click the pin icon in the notification section, and enable the “Power Controls” accessibility service to make the widget pin to the top of the notification area.

Feel free to suggest more toggle button ideas.

Windows will ask you permission to make changes in the VLC folder and allow VLC to access the network. Those actions are necesary for proper function, please allow them.

What does the script?
Basically, It starts VLC with its web interface enabled, and passes it some parameters to improve codec finding and rtsp streaming performance.

RECOMMENDED VLC 6.6 ONS: 2.1.0, 2.0.8, 2.0.7, 2.0.6, 2.0.5, 2.0.3, 2.0.2, 2.0.0, 1.1.11
NOT RECOMMENDED 6.6 ONS: 2.0.4, 2.0.1, versions older than 1.1.11

This is a simple calendar widget inspired in the former Calendar from Yahoo! Widgets. It just shows one month at a time, letting you navigate to previous and next months. If you were looking for a simple way to have a month calendar at hand in your Home screen, this widget is for you.

FIRST, READ THIS DISCLAIMER PLEASE: this app has no connection to any calendar like Google Calendar - for now. Please don't rate it badly because it doesn't show your appointments. The widget was never intended for it.
Nevertheless, by popular demand, I will introduce agenda features, most probably as a separate app that will work as an add-on to the widget.

HOW TO USE: Just read the introduction screen! It appears after downloading the app (if you close it you will find it in the list of apps on your device). *How to add widget to homescreen
On home screen press "menu", then "add", click on "widgets" and choose "Simple Calendar Widget" from the list
(If you can't press add button for some reason, workaround is to press and hold any space on the home screen and a menu pops up)
On most of devices with Android 4.0 widget can be found under "Widgets" tab in app drawer
* Can't find Simple Calendar in list of Widgets
Try to restart home launcher application (or device)
* Re-size widget
Android 3.0+ supports by default. For older Android versions this can be dome by installing alternative home launcher application
* Options missing since Simple Calendar Widget 2.3 update (Alternative layouts, Line color, Scrollable hack)
The options can be found in menu under Skin -> Simi Skin -> Alternative layouts/Options
* Show weather forecast on the widget
Just set it up in settings of desktop version of Google calendar.
For steps just search for "Weather forecasts in your calendar" in Google.
* Include more interesting calendars like holidays, birthday dates or sport news.
Search for "Add interesting calendars from Google Calendar" and follow the instructions
